Very bad service and attitude from a female staff. Tried texting them few times but no response to WhatsApp from the given contact number. When I called the same number no one picked up. The next day, I received a call from them. As I spoke in English they asked for my “RACE” repeatedly and the staff started to talk in “Hokkien” even though I said I am not a Chinese and I don’t understand the language. The way she communicated was rude and unfriendly to me as a customer. Wanted to buy a few furnitures from them but the overall experience was so disappointing.

Great service by Anne and Sally great premium quality sofa with affordable price range. Love the choice of fabric too. A must to visit furniture hub in Penang.

Buy long time edi…thank you for still givibg me good price..quality really tip top and lucky got display to try , my wife direct keep quite and allow me to get this sofa..haha..thanks to Sally and Annie both recommend good things and let me save quite alot. Happy buying.

    It is one of the furniture shop you can visit when you moving house to get some new furniture.

    A lot of items available, including decorations items.

    The shop is spacious and having 2 levels. It is a good walk after a good meal in Penang road area ? to burn some calories.

    i was hoping a warmer welcome but the when i walk in, weather outside is hotter and warmer than the people service inside. still a nice place to walk around with various house furniture.

    Bad and poor service. Purchase mattress and no immediate stock, the sales representative promised 10 days for delivery but end up waiting for 30 days. No feedback on the delay of delivery date until customer make noise.

    1. I have a great experience receiving the chairs and table of my preference. The chairs are well assembled with my instructions and the did the job real well. Solid chairs btw. Ken was exceptionally helpful to give me further instructions on unpacking the furniture, very dedicated staff. He managed to send the items at the perfect timing for us to ship to another location, all just went smooth.
