i was hoping a warmer welcome but the when i walk in, weather outside is hotter and warmer than the people service inside. still a nice place to walk around with various house furniture.

Bad and poor service. Purchase mattress and no immediate stock, the sales representative promised 10 days for delivery but end up waiting for 30 days. No feedback on the delay of delivery date until customer make noise.

Good selection of furniture. Their after sales service is top notch. Look for Shan, he’s one of the best sales personnel in MEKIO. The prices are similar to those on line shops there are free delivery if you purchase above a certain amount. Including installation as well!

I have a great experience receiving the chairs and table of my preference. The chairs are well assembled with my instructions and the did the job real well. Solid chairs btw. Ken was exceptionally helpful to give me further instructions on unpacking the furniture, very dedicated staff. He managed to send the items at the perfect timing for us to ship to another location, all just went smooth.
