We dropped by here as my wife wanted to get a new carpet for the prayer area in our bedroom. We had been here before, so it didnt take too long for her to decide which carpet she wanted. And we got a very good deal too…????

Brand Outlet Furniture, my advice DON’T EVEN CONSIDER TO WALKING INTO THIS STORE. Price higher than normal. Claimed is “custom” made and better quality. Purchase almost RM15k. This is what I got:
1. Late delivery
2. Quality of product worst than ready made furniture
3. During purchase all design “BOLEH BUAT” when ask to deliver, the design asked “TAK BOLEH BUAT”
4. Rude after sales service. Claim went back hometown for marriage. It as though he is the only person working there and there isn’t anyone else.
5. Installation, just fix, no adjustment no wiring. Doors can’t close fit, slanted, finishing for the price sold is horrible compared to a ready made furniture.
6. Sales guy said, it was a mistake selling to me”. Is it wrong to ask for what I paid for?
7. Purchased one showroom clearance furniture also claimed to be customized design, but been asking for delivery for almost 2 weeks, nothing arrived. First given reason CNY. Now after a week of CNY, still not delivered.

Just my advice do reconsider if have you plan to purchase here any items. But if you do purchase at BRAND OUTLET FURNITURE, all the best to you.
