i got my phone and ipad screen protectors done here about a year ago, but i’m writing about it now because i’m petty like that! i’m not sure how, but they managed to screw up both gadgets.

for my phone, i requested for a glossy tempered glass screen protector. the man said that they didn’t have my screen size (iphone 11) in stock, but he had an iphone x that was “the same screen size”. i trusted him, so i just handed my phone over. but the job done was so bad it looked like my screen protector shrunk on my phone ? i wish i got a picture of it.

for my ipad, it was a matte screen protector as i wanted, but it came with a bubble on the side. when i asked him to fix it (i didn’t ask about my phone because i was just too appalled lol) he blamed it on my ipad casing.

perhaps their service is better now, but the bubble on my ipad still annoys me to this day.

Chanced upon this outlet when I was there to collect my Ninja Parcel. Staff was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend purchase of digital gadgets from here with the service provided and will definitely continue to have this store as my preferred Ninja Collection outlet!

Collected a parcel from Ninja Van here recently as it was near my workplace. Wasn’t sure how exactly to collect as it was my first time using the service, but the staff were very helpful in getting me my parcel! Would definitely use them as my collection point from now on.

Selected this shop for my Ninja point Shopee Parcel collection recently. Wanted to give a big shout out to the helpful and friendly staff there! I bought an Ipad cover that was recommended by the Staff. Would choose this collection point again as its conveniently located near my office.

    always good to have one of these “small gadgets et al” stores – where you can get stuff like phone and charging cables, small cheap toy gifts, small fans and lights, etc. staff here have also been pretty friendly and helpful so far.

    Service lady was lowkey rude. Did not help her case when she placed the screen protector on incorrectly. Realised it after I tried putting back my phone case on and the phone case could not sit right on the crooked screen protector. Service lady did not offer to readjust and just kind of forced the air bubble out despite it being crooked. Would not recommend u getting ur screen protector here.

    The earpieces that they sell are of poor quality. The microphone of the ear piece sounded soft. Furthermore, there is a buzzing sound on the right side after fourdays days of use. The ear piece costed $17.90. Hope those people who are looking for a ear piece would not consider to purchase it from this shop. However, the staff are pretty nice even when i didnt have the receipt and tried to return it he explained to my multiple questions patiently. Overall it was a bad experience but the shop isn’t all bad.

    The female staff named “shuzhen” is very bad in attitude. I purchased a Note 8 UV tempered glass but within a day, lots of bubble appeared at the left bottom of the phone screen. This is apparently a issue of product quality or poorly installation skill. So I came back the next day to feedback. When I enterred the store, this female staff “shuzhen” is playing phone and doing make up. I recounted my issue to her then I turned unbelievably harsh shouting at me and furthermore use “law” to threathen me that they are not liable to the defect. I aksed her if she’s referring lemon law, she become quite. This is really the epitome of worse customer service ever. Please train your staff to treat customer politely and be kind. Your staff attitude really sucks. Her name is shuzhen at Jem outlet.

  1. Hi, on 10/1/2023 afternoon, i happen to drop by jurong point outlet gadgetmix,
    Firstly i enter your store and wanted to change my temper glass, your empolyee say no stock for s21 plus.
    Secondly, i happen to found s21 plus temper glass and i asked your staff. He say ya have but no one here to paste then i ask he not employee in gadgetmix? Then he reply in rude way say ‘ i dunno how to paste how to paste for you’ In the first place, he say don have. But i as a customer i can find it. And he talk to me in the rude way. I think as a retail sales, customer walk in, staff should serve, but he didnt. He doing his stock. This is too rude. Kindly look into it
    I message the number at counter and email, till now no one reply. Kindly handle your staff probably, i never owe him anything. Don come and rude to me.
