I had a good experience getting casing and screen protector from the shop. Friendly staff and professionally applied screen protector. Not sure why there are 1 star review here. Special shutout to Dex for his good service.
Worst experience in gadget shop ever!!!! Price not transparent!! Bought a $10 SIM card and charged me $5 for installation fee. Never mentioned before I make payment!!
There are so many nice gadget store in SG, but not this one.

Went to purchase a S23 Screen protector. I emphasise that fingerprint is essential to me. He assured that his is better and will face no issue. NOT. For the next few days, i faced issues unlocking my phone. Decided to give up and went to TechHouse on level 2. Replace a new one. Problem solved.

Recently I send my new phone s23 ultra for screen protector at this shop really disappointed with their workmanship and leaving my whole entire phone screen edging gap stucked with gule .The sale person did not mention or explain about the product before they do the installation on my phone if they mentions it contains glue I definitely reject. Leave no other choice to send my phone to another shop for reinstalled a proper screen protector . But to be honest their product is quality expensive but their install workmanship is really poor . ? please train your staff to become more professional thank you .
