For starters, the Chinese forecourt staff greeted us (family) upon arrival and departure. The south-Asian descent cashier was most efficient and courteous given the many discounts and voucher systems in place. Merchandising was better visually and intuitive with complementary products side by side.

The spc petrol kiosk staffs are nice n friendly.
However the car wash company employees at spc cannot even wash and clean the car properly. After the car wash, we pointed out to them the obvious stains that remain all over the car and how these could be easily cleaned away with a wet tissue. They told us we need to pay extra for a special package to clean the stains. Don’t waste your money and time here.
Will personally says its the best petrol kiosk I ever came across in my entire 22years of filling petrol in Singapore. A Chinese lady wearing spectacles in her late 40s to 50s never failed to greet with a sulking face and warm voice hidden with an implying meaning of getting rid of customer. Interesting, not once but always. I guessed the service standard is consistent, well done.
Dear CHINESE short hair/spect ladies please be nice/friendly to your cust even the cust come not for petrol. I came for buy some food/snacks with my daugthr.. she never offer me the plstic bag and just pass the items like that.. even she know the cust cnnot carry the items just like that.. where is your common sense? I know the plstic bag wll be chrge.. but is it wrong for you to ask the cust? Don’t be lazy!
Then aftr payment she never said thank you and just black face, are you racist to Malay? Is it? I know everybody tired cause of working, but please change your attitude to make sure cust repeat come to your store! Tq
For more infrmation i just stay beside petrol station only.. anytime i can come again and take your pcture if the attitude stll like stupid. Take note!
Convenient fuel stop in Bt Batok area, not too busy most of the time. They have a nice bakery inside if you want something to bite.
This review is specific to the car wash team @ SPC Bukit Batok. Very bad service and workmanship. Do not ever take up their grooming package.Please avoid at all costs!
