A neighbourhood Esso with a good variety of supermarket items including fresh vegetables, fruits, readily eat hot pie and donuts ?. There are also DBS ATM and SingPost, very convenient one stop place for residents nearby, I like this Esso!
Had 3 employees on the ground with 2 to 3 cars refilling only but no one came to help refill. Cashiers were slow and unresponsive towards the long queue in the store. Otherwise, there was only 1 cashier that was very friendly and helpful.
Great customer service from the pump attendant at this outlet.
Most of the esso outlets that I’ve visited are only average at best in terms of the service. However, this outlet is one of the better ones I’ve encountered thus gonna leave this review to allow the team here to be more motivated to serve customers better.
Other than price differentiation in petrol, think the next level is to have friendly and approachable staff at the petrol kiosk as well as at the pumps. Enjoyed visiting this particular one, keep it going! Lovely service
With Smile Esso Card and Citibank Cashback credit card, it claims to give to 20% discounts (14% on-site, 6% credit card cash back). Esso also claims that their petrol have additives that give more power to the car.
I’m at grab rider collecting grab food order from the ESSO ( Fairprice )outlet at 6.50pm 1 October 2023.
What make me very disappointed is that the Indian guy at the counter is very rude toward me and also he was calling his Indian friend in Tamil language, I was there collecting the order but when I ask him for another plastic bag cuz the order is 2 bottle or glass soju, he just say in a rude manner , use what u have , when I ask again for another plastic bag , he say do what you want .
This attitude is very very unprofessional in customer service, on top of that he was calling his friend the whole time.
But lucky an Malay lady who working there is very proactive come and help me instead:)
