  bad service from the employee at counter i pump first time and the petrol station then it didnt pump full so i go to the cash register for second refill then a employee named pallash rejected my request please take note and take action to the employee

  I was here yesterday afternoon and the station wasn’t crowded. Was standing on very wet floor I assumed water to fill my tank. Then I realised it was pool of overspilled petrol!! The staffs did not bother to clean it but rather hang and chit chat near cashier area.

  Most of the time out of stock. Filed three complaints, and there was improvement compared to back then. The staff is more friendly than before and efficient.

  I have tried many petrol pumps in Klang area.. Dono my car gives more mileage when am filling this pump… Normally fill full tank only… Just bought member card also.. ???

  Convenient place to get Tealive on the go. This tealive outlet has full menu; unlike others with limited menu selection.

  Can’t comment on petrol since I prefer other petrol brand.

  Indian lady workers service is way to horrible. I walked in to pay for petrol and looked forward to asked for help, the Indian cashier girl saw me and hide herself underneath the table because she knows I have a weak left hand which I can’t lift the pump nozzle to fill petrol. Whereas I have been to other petrol stations believe me every other workers goes beyond to offer their serv and will asked me to come back. Unlikely Caltex Bandar Puteri petrol station. One more thing I noticed, the staff’s keeps talking talking and talking but monitoring their work efficiency is totally low.

  Staff was using HP non stop around 6pm on 28 sept, sampai she entered wrong amount on the the wrong pump. Useless employee hired. Please check your cctv.

  Useless employees, totally unprofessional. Never even bothered to input the amount however, trying scan the SHOPEE Pay QR. Later, advising, ‘DECLINED”. Never even bothered to check. Shows that when you hire clowns to work, this is what you get. Poor service, Lousy and embarrassment for the Caltex Brand! Need to sack the person!

  The location is too small. I don’t know whether the location is small or the store business is good. There is a crowded intersection between Watson and McDonald’s, blocking people who want to drive in to refuel. I don’t know if the location is too good or not. I don’t have to think about it at all when I’m done at this intersection during off-duty. Because you have to stay for a while to enter the gas station, you still have to line up to refuel, and it takes time to get out
