4 months agoHairstylist : Alvin I got a really nice haircut from him ?? just like how i imagined and wanted it to be. He also addresses my concern and the products they used here is ? the ambience is nice and welcoming ☺️ would definitely come here for my next hair appointment!7 months agoAlvin (Hair Designer) doing a great job by providing professional opinions of my hair condition & suggest the hair style that suit me. Nicholas (Assistant) have a willing heart of learning (2nd day of work) and doing great jobs too. ??????? The service here are great with great cheering, neck & scalp massage before start the treatment. Highly recommended & I will come back for more treatments (if hv promotion) ?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️?♀️ Will recommend to my friends too..3 months agoI just had a haircut today and im so impressed with their customer services. They are so welcoming! Big thanks to Alvin because did a great job with my hair. Tracy also did a good job, i like when she washed my hair. It felt so relax! For sure i will come again next time ?❤️7 months agoDid a hair-setting session and Bella did a fantastic job. All the staff together with Bella made the experience very comfortable and I felt at home. Was very happy with my hair as Bella got the brief right. Love the ambiance and pretty cosy decor.6 months agoFourth visit to this saloon. Have done rebonding, perming,hair coloring and cut as well. Professional service by staff who accommodate my request. Happy with haircut by Sam. Also good advice given on how to care for my hair at home. Totally recommended

4 months agoTook a chance with INM salon while I was holidaying in Melaka and I was very satisfied with my haircut! Edmund, my hair stylist, understood what I was going for and was very professional in his service! It was a relief to get rid of my heavy waist-long hair and I loved the new haircut Edmund gave me. The service included a hair wash, haircut and styling. Would highly recommend this salon to anyone passing by – the stylists and prices are great!3 months ago1st visit on 2nd week Oct 2023. As first time here and salon location inside the shopping mall so take time to search..I called for directions and a lady named Alice very patiently told me but I still unable to reach her so she asked me to stay and she will come to me. Thank you for her patience in advising me and designing for my hairdo, according to the dress up to attend my nephew’s wedding lunch later. Thanks, Alice, for her great service!2 months agoVery happy client here. Visiting from the US and in need of haircut. Alice was very friendly and offered me for hair treatments as well. My damaged/bleached hair feels really soft after the treatment. I’ll definitely return whenever I visit Malaysia .5 months agoI texted in the evening to find out more about their services. Her responses was prompt despite the late hours. In the saloon, Ms Alice explains in detail about the different hair treatments and hair colouring packages available. Alice and her team are very professional. The hairs studio also cozy , love the vibe and their services. Alice is the best hairstylist and here is my second time coming here from SG. Really recommend this place:) ?
Initially thought this place seemed too good to be true with so many 5 star ratings, but we are truly impressed by the top notch service by our friendly stylists, Aaron and Eileen. What we liked and appreciate:
– Pretty space and comfy ambience
– Complimentary drinks and snacks
– Tons of helpful haircare tips
– Very kind gesture of sheltering us with umbrellas to our car because it was pouring
– Reasonably priced tho experience was ?
– And of course, our hair turned out well 🙂
This was the best experience I’ve ever had in any salon , a friend of mine recommended this place we were three of us …. Me and one of my friend got wash , cut and a style and my other friend got a cut and style ….. The atmosphere was great , prices were accordingly to the service ,no complaints about it….. The service were incredible, I loved the way the stylist did not complaint or judge me for my pretty longer hair to cut on as I don’t usually get time for my self care day because I literally have a day or two off in a whole month so I don’t really get to go to the salon as often…. Highly recommend this salon and they give you exact service or type of hairstyle you’re trying to get done definitely will go back …..

Honestly im not surprise with M concept 5 star rating. The treat you like a princess. My kids love this place as they serve so many free snacks and drink.
Whenever you come to melaka, make sure you make your booking as they always fully booked on weekend.
