Alice and her team are very professional. The hairs studio also cozy , love the vibe and their services. Alice is the best hairstylist and here is my second time coming here from SG. Really recommend this place:) ?
Initially thought this place seemed too good to be true with so many 5 star ratings, but we are truly impressed by the top notch service by our friendly stylists, Aaron and Eileen. What we liked and appreciate:
– Pretty space and comfy ambience
– Complimentary drinks and snacks
– Tons of helpful haircare tips
– Very kind gesture of sheltering us with umbrellas to our car because it was pouring
– Reasonably priced tho experience was ?
– And of course, our hair turned out well 🙂
This was the best experience I’ve ever had in any salon , a friend of mine recommended this place we were three of us …. Me and one of my friend got wash , cut and a style and my other friend got a cut and style ….. The atmosphere was great , prices were accordingly to the service ,no complaints about it….. The service were incredible, I loved the way the stylist did not complaint or judge me for my pretty longer hair to cut on as I don’t usually get time for my self care day because I literally have a day or two off in a whole month so I don’t really get to go to the salon as often…. Highly recommend this salon and they give you exact service or type of hairstyle you’re trying to get done definitely will go back …..

Honestly im not surprise with M concept 5 star rating. The treat you like a princess. My kids love this place as they serve so many free snacks and drink.
Whenever you come to melaka, make sure you make your booking as they always fully booked on weekend.
