Ms Kimberly was really helpful and approachable throughout my entire visit. Even though the crowd came in halfway through the haircut, she still took meticulous care and ensured it was the haircut I wanted. The haircut turned out exactly as I had hoped for and I am happy with the experience. She was incredibly kind and friendly, and she made me feel at ease during the process.

Kimberly Wang really can’t cut. Very rough when cutting my hair. You think cut grass? Joey is so much better. Pls retrain Kimberly. Thanks.

Kimberly Wong is really rude and bad with kids. Kcut website said that they are KIDS FRIENDLY, but when Kimberly is cutting my child’s hair she kept repeating “please bring your child to a professional instead”. When she told me she’s done, I told her that she haven’t cut the left side, she say my child kept moving so she couldn’t cut. So what? She expect me to walk out with my child’s hair one side long and one side short?? If kcut can’t accept kids, please change your website saying “not kids friendly”. Will never patron again. Very rude staff…

Came here for haircut as walk-in without appointment. Id say the stylist who attended me is really skilled. I’m happy with my new hair.
The review for this place is so good however not satisfied at all with the haircut and service.
I initially asked for volume rebond but was offered to do it with C-Curl as volume rebond wont make much changes on my current hair. Ended, i paid for much for my hair to look 95% of my previous hair before treatment. Mybe my fault for not checking how C-curl looks like but it definitely ended almost same with my previous hair.
Unfortunately no photo of my before and after to compare.
Though i still need to recommend them for the good service during booking appointment despite my multiple date changes.
Paid almost $600 for Volume Rebond with Perm and Haircut.
I had an amazing experience with Jacky as my hair stylist! He truly has a gift when it comes to hair. He listened carefully to what I wanted and offered valuable suggestions. The end result was even better than I had hoped for. I highly recommend him services.
I just walked in without any appointment today and met Agnes at the counter. She was very friendly so I decided to get her to cut my hair. I’m so happy with my decision. She was approachable and very professional. I had fine hair and she immediately know what kindda cut is suitable for me. She will also share tips on how to take care of my hair and how to make it fuller as well. I left the salon feeling fresh and happy! Love my new haircut. Thank you, Agnes. I will definitely come back again!
Just had my hair done at Apgujeong and this was my second visit. Jacky did a great job with my hair dye on both visits, and will be back. The choice of colours was good, managed to find the right balance of not being too bright neither too dark.
The other hairstylists weren’t as friendly though, so I can’t say the same for the rest.
