He contact me , he is not hesitate to share with me , the possibility of the problem ,suggest me a proper solution , with his knowledge and very reasonable price ,I asked him to help me . He arrive on time and very professional to check and replace my faulty part . he is very easy going guy, highly recommendeda year agoHardware installation includes heaters, water pipes, LED lights, wiring, etc… Provide high-quality products and services, but the price is very reasonable, I will call Yong Han DIY for any hardware services in the future, and he will solve everything with good workmanship.

a month agoI am a regular customer and have recommended this shop to a few friends. The lady boss is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. Very rare to have lady bosses in this industry and kudos to her for this achievement. ?I bought a water heater some years back and the product is still in good working condition. Just bought stove, hob, kitchen sink and tap in Nov 2023 based on her recommendation. She definitely provide good advice and recommends products with good quality and value for money. And there is no hard selling. Thanks lady boss! Will recommend your shop to more friends. May your business flourish!
4 weeks agoWhile we do not live near Bt Batok, we do not mind travelling the distance to buy our needed sanitary-ware from Best Hardware & Paint Supplies. Best Hardware is the BEST bcos of Jaclyn. She impresses me a lot with her honesty, sincerity, helpfulness, friendliness and reliableness. We first patronised BEST Hardware for the seat cover and fittings for the HDB installed Saniton WC. Since then, the first person in our mind when we needed sanitary-ware is JACLYN. We asked Jaclyn. Help and advice from Jaclyn is non-conditional. She often goes the extra mile to help as much as possible; within her capacity and we really appreciate her kindness n helpfulness. Prices in Best Hardware are reasonable. Services rendered is awesomely pleasant. Attitude is excellent & outstanding! Thus far, we have done quite a number of DIY sanitary fittings n replacements with Jaclyn’s help n guidance over the years. Thank you very much Jaclyn. Expensive and old stock.
Poor service
Wanna buy a letterbox lock, telling them staying nearby and would find a fit lock to replace. They said if cannot fit then can bring it back. Then, we bought a tool with them to dismantle the old lock and bought the new lock. Cost Sgd10++, then cannot fit, then brought back.
Ask for refund but like not willing and looking at our old lock, sales talk us by topping up few dollars and telling us going to close shop. So just take and try..
Still cannot fit, and the stock very very old, not even able to assemble then crack and loose… Somemore, the tool is suck, the coating just by holding then wear off.. disappointing us and never go to this kind of old hardware shop with these kind of values and old stock.
Less than a SGD 20, just buy a lesson, waste my few hours… not worth really!
Went to nearby foodcourt and having lunch then buy at those values hardware shop, just ~SGD 3… buy another one, at least the material is solid, by modifying few angle then fit nicely…
Seldom to review anything in google, so guys be~careful~ of this shop!
