Very friendly and helpful service esp the Owner. Bought items like sofa bed, garden hoses, accessories,13 steps ladder, over the year that I patronise it. They even offer 5% discount for repeated purchases.
A young salesman assisted me at the electrical section. Great guy patient and very knowledgeable. Not my first experience with him ???
Place where i get wall paint n brackets. Got injuried by fallen object from their shelves after their staff pushing thing on top shelves.
The staff only asked if I’m alright then say the older man in blue uniform offered me candy. He think he was talking to young children?
Later their shop renovated n much spacious. I still remember how that old man talk to customer like talking to children offering candy.
Well equipped n professional staffed local hardware shop. This shop may look more upmarket, but their prices may be lower than others!
Excellent place in Jurong West to find any hardware. Bought a new pair of wardrobe hanger brackets when one morning my old ones decided to retire. Thanks NBS.
