JakaPrior to that our purchase, I would also like to complain that your staff service was absolutely terrible as the time when we entered into the shop, they were just not willing to bother and serve us although there were many times my partner and I kept waiving our hands as we would need further assistance before making our purchase. However, your staff went to serve other customers first although they already saw us and somehow we were the first one to ask for the assistance. We understand the shop was packed with customers during that period, however shouldn’t your staff be trained to serve customer in first come first serve basis? This is not professional at all further from the incident which I mentioned in first para as this is the first time I would see a staff who would drop their customer new phone when sticking tempered glass.

It was a nice experience specially it’s my first time to buy in this specific outlet (shop). The store rep (Hakim) is knowledgeable and was able to explain to me all the details that I need to know and my benefits as a customer. But like any other customers, we look for freebies somehow and I hope that the store can consider giving away a little gift of appreciation that can be use for marketing strategy.
