a week agoAsked for 14promax matt glass screen protector they dont have… full screen protector also dont have… normal matt glass also dont have..what also dont have so they gave me a normal glass without matt and it cost not very cheap also ??? a bit bad experience compared with other ninjaz slots so disappointed2 months agoFantastic treat & awesome service by the staff!I’m a sound perfectionist. Interesting encounter with this shop. Decided to give it a try since the reviews are great.
Sent my Apple Watch SE yesterday and was told will be around RM400 to replace the screen. No formal quotation given but demanded a RM50 deposit.
Back today to collect my watch and was told the price is RM490. Try to reason with the same technician but kept watching his phone and tell me that is the price. Pay up and was given back the collection slip. No receipt given.
Don’t agree with the way they do business but I guessed the “extra” includes a lesson learned.
My phone fell out while I was reaching in my bag. Thankfully my camera is not damage but the glass broke. Came here to repair, happy with the service. Before and after photos!
