The best place to go in KK Sabah, if you want to claim your warranty for your iphone if your iphone got problem they will check on which part they will help you to change and advised on which you need to change. Staff is well informed and friendly.

Came to Riverson with one and only purpose- to replace my phone battery. Called before come, guy on the phone asked my phone model, informed him and he said OK can come.

Reached here, guess what – guy at the counter said no stock. I can leave my phone there for 2-3 weeks to get it done.

Wasting my time, stupid.

    One of the best experiences I had. The staff, especially Nad and Lenny, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond by even wrapping my Apple watch for free.     Very good service, the staff answered all my questions about the product I’m purchasing. I was a bit sad the colour i was looking for was not available, well there’s always next time haha.

    A big thanks and a job well done to Lenny, Vie, and Ali (from Maxis) for helping with my purchase. Everything they did was super smooth and detailed, i recommend those coming into Switch with questions about their product, their product specs, and Maxis deals and promotion, get in touch with them.
