Job was done within 3 hours, because my phone had to be sent to a workshop for a stripped screw. But it was still very quick.
Had my screen replaced. Fair price. I also brought my own battery to replace, but was charged rm30. No complaints, but I don’t think it’s reasonable considering it’s a simple process when already replacing the screen; no further disassembly was necessary.
I decided for an OEM OLED screen replacement after being told its only difference from original was the color. But after installing it turned out there is no true tone, brightness range is different, there were touch issues, and the bezels were thicker. After complaining I was offered to change to an original screen and to refund if still not satisfied. Went back to the shop and it was done in 10 minutes, and all the flaws previously were gone.

Had an incredibly positive experience at this store last week. Adam was really helpful, friendly, and informative when I went in looking for a phone. He had a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the products in store, as well as relevant products by other companies for comparison.
Extremely satisfied with the whole experience, not just with the purchase but also for the help setting up the phone.
I really got the sense that they were not just trying to make a sale, but genuinely wanted the customer to see and experience the full scope of everything the product has to offer, and were clearly excited to do so.
