a month agoVery efficient and helpful staff. Best switch outlet I’ve been to. They really prioritize customers’s request without questioning further unreasonable questions. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly too! kudos to cute lady Ms AIN and team! WELLDONE! recommended!2 months agoTbh, they dont deserve any star. Super bad attitude and services! I will never go to this outlet anymore! Staff are kinda rude and not friendly. Thus not helping at all. The professionalism and attitude of the service are so poor that it has successfully dispelled customers’ desire to buy mobile phones from here.6 months agoVery helpful staff. They did not have the item I wanted but took time to find out which other branch had it and was willing to reserve it for me if necessary. In my experience the staff at all three Switch stores in town are all very helpful, polite and go the extra mile to help customers. Thank you.a month agoNice experience to purchase iphone 15 here.
