Food is good, consistent across the various outlets I’ve been too. Mamma Mia is really a place you can keep coming back to again and again with friends and family to try different menu items and be assured the taste and quality will not disappoint every time.
They launched a new set menu! Limited options but a pretty good start. Extra compliments for the lemon parsley risotto I had today. Butter had a hazelnut flavour and the rice was creamy and refreshing at the same time. Very well prepared by the Chef.
The food was quite nice, but I ordered something out of my spice range ? Overall, the service is also good, I asked a few questions and the staff managed to answer them without hesitation 🙂
I give it 0 star for service. Negative if possible.
I reached Pasta Mania Jem about 12:30pm. I tried to scan the table bar code to order but no matter how many times I use Apple Pay it dun work. I went to the counter to order but no one is at the counter. The guy server in spectacles just keep telling me to wait while he keep serving food, packing food for Food Panda delivery etc and back to serving food to tables. Just cannot be bother to take my order.
Honestly, I would have left the restaurant if it’s not for my kid. I rang the counter bell and just got shouted to wait. There seems to be only 2 server. A lady and this rude guy. The lady was busy in front of the kitchen the whole time. Very disappointing service. Hated this place and really dun wan to come back if possible.
They have a online only PizzaMania apparently. This review is for the pizza.

Service not good cos she keep on asking anything else with her arrogant face and did not given chilli flakes at all.
It was that at 845 and they are rushing for cleaning and closing.
This pasta restaurant seems worth a try, but there are some areas that need improvement. The taste of the pasta is quite good, but the service could be enhanced to improve the overall customer experience. Service friendly and helpful..
