Queue can take a while during the peak period. Service is fast upon ordering. The food portion was good, taste wise still okay.

It’s been a while since I last visited. The appetizer with cheese is not very good. Salad is fine. The pasta and pizza are great. One thing is weird, the server takes the forks and spoons away while she deliver the added pizza.

Not sure if the escargot recipe was changed in every branches, but the taste is bad now. It has lots of carrots and onions in it and the escargot tastes very fishy. This used to be my daughter’s favourite dish, but she hates the new taste now.

Arrived on a weekend before 7pm and was able to get seats for without waiting.
The pasta standards is about the same as other Saizeriya branches.
Pizza is crispy and taste good too.
The food was quite nice, but I ordered something out of my spice range ? Overall, the service is also good, I asked a few questions and the staff managed to answer them without hesitation 🙂
I give it 0 star for service. Negative if possible.
I reached Pasta Mania Jem about 12:30pm. I tried to scan the table bar code to order but no matter how many times I use Apple Pay it dun work. I went to the counter to order but no one is at the counter. The guy server in spectacles just keep telling me to wait while he keep serving food, packing food for Food Panda delivery etc and back to serving food to tables. Just cannot be bother to take my order.
Honestly, I would have left the restaurant if it’s not for my kid. I rang the counter bell and just got shouted to wait. There seems to be only 2 server. A lady and this rude guy. The lady was busy in front of the kitchen the whole time. Very disappointing service. Hated this place and really dun wan to come back if possible.
They have a online only PizzaMania apparently. This review is for the pizza.

It was that at 845 and they are rushing for cleaning and closing.
This pasta restaurant seems worth a try, but there are some areas that need improvement. The taste of the pasta is quite good, but the service could be enhanced to improve the overall customer experience. Service friendly and helpful..
