I order delivery for pizza at 6.30pm but until 8.30 the pizza still not arrive. This is not the first time, your service is really bad. After 2 hours you call me and say the rider cancel the order but why didn’t you inform me earlier,you let me starving for 2 hours at home and in this 2 hours I call twice for the number of pizza hut kuantan parade but no one answer the call and then after this you told me the phone rosak??? what kind of reason is this. The Risotto Allastice is very flavourful, no doubt a signature dish! The prawn aglio olio is delicious. Pizza is tasty as well; dough and toppings ratio are just right. Staff are very attentive and friendly too. Place is only open for dinners, but if it is open for lunches, I will not hesitate to visit it again.
The atmosphere, service, and wine were good. The food left much to be desired. The grilled seafood and steak had an unpleasant charred flavor, the salad was completely bland, and there was inappropriate use of sweet flavors (for example, the steak was unexpectedly sweet). I was also served extremely dry chicken. Because the food so consistently failed to meet quality standards, I would also say that it was overpriced.
When the staff asked “how was the food”? my true opinion was it can be better for sure. Quite below my expectation for a restaurant in Hyatt Hotel. The flavour for grilled lamp and beef tenderloin were alright only, nothing too impressive. The tenderness of the grilled lamp was good, not so for the tenderloin even though its supposed to be tender. The chef did not bring out the best of the meat. The complimentary bread looked great but not the taste.. was dry n floury, will not waste my calories for eating it.
Would suggest to provide some coarse himalayan sea salt on the serving of the meat.
Food was not great, drinks was not great either. We ordered some drinks and Quattro Formaggio pizza. The pizza is not an Italian standard at all! The kids pizza in Chillis tastes better than this! And they charge it at a very premium price (for how it taste). However, I do like how they set the table and the view was amazing (you get to see the beach if you choose the seats facing the sea) – see picture attached. Only the free bread was nice (that they served after u ordered something) – it was served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and they made it well coz they tastes good. The drinks was also badly made. They made it taste like fuel ?. To be fair, I do find the service was good (though some waiter / waitress gave us some ‘judgy’ looks coz we came from the beach and did not dressed up – but that’s ok coz they’re quite subtle about it ?).
Was planning my proposal for quite some time now. Really cracking my head until I realized I was in Kuantan and had endless supply of beautiful beaches ?
Still wanted the proposal to go on perfectly. Had to be a surprise also. Did some searching and saw the advertisement on Italian Bistro’s Romantic Dinner.
Msgd Mr Harie and he had been nothing short of helpful, creative and supportive. Was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, doubts and requests. Being a vegetarian, was never that easy to find food everywhere but I am super grateful to the staffs of Italian Bistro to have accomodated my requests apart from other dietary requests.
As it was a proposal I wanted something romantic and personal and was offered the outdoor table which really blew my mind. Was a little disappointed as due to the weather (monsoon season) I was given the indoor table. To my surprise however, Mr Harie was still trying to make my special night the best one. He managed to get me the outdoor table when the weather was more kind and smoothly came to me and asked me to check my phone ?
Communicated with him and he managed to find me a short window of about 10minutes where i not only managed to have my desert but I was able to propose to my gf as I initially planned. Staffs were also so supportive with helping to take videos and pictures. As soon as it was done, it started raining. Was perfect, timing was simply perfect. Everyone starting from the booking till the very end was simply perfect and extremely accomodating.
Food was good, really enjoyed it. Especially the Primi Piatti. One of the better multicourse meals I have had in Kuantan. Very polite staffs, making me feel right at home. Also extremely grateful to evryone for helping accomodate to my balloon and flower delivery to be arranged at my table.
