    Very good service! The prices are very reasonable too. There is also a wide range of furniture and appliances there. The lady boss is very friendly and gives good recommendation based on what you are looking for. Will visit again!

    1. very poor customer service. luckily didnt buy any stuff from ur shop. First calling route me to another staff 2 times and asked me call back again. 2nd time route me another 2 staff as well. Endless call route, i bought 4 sets new ceiling fan from other seller. KDK should remove u as recommend retailer.

    2. I purchased a water heater in Nov 2018 and 2 weeks later, the pipes rusted! I had paid Keck Seng installation fees of RM180 but when I called them about the rusted pipes, they had the cheek to demand RM100 to change the pipes! I also had to speak to 6 different Keck Seng staff to get a solution. In the end, I fixed it myself. Only cost RM20 to buy the parts.
      Keck Seng is extremely dishonest and deceitful. Boycott this place!

    3. A rather old shop mainly serving the Perling residents, looks run down and stocks are not neatly arranged and displayed. Outside the shop, carton boxes are strewn on the corridor. Generally, no sense of cleanliness. Buyers be aware; prices are generally set high and unless you make your price research online or with other shops, you may cart away goods at a premium.

    4. the staff increased the price of the water filter I wanted to buy. from 1148 it became 1205 in less than 12 hours. installation costs were agreed at rm280 the day before, and it became 380 today. I asked them to fix additional filter on the filter I’m getting. it’s practically a plug-n-play system, but they wanted an additional RM50. I got the same product RM200 cheaper with installation elsewhere.

    5. My recent experience with Elektronik Keck Seng has left me utterly appalled and violated. The blatant disregard for customer privacy, the irresponsible actions of their chosen courier, and the indifferent response from the seller have collectively created a nightmarish shopping ordeal.

      To begin with, the courier employed by Elektronik Keck Seng not only entered my house without permission but also left the package inside, all without notifying me or seeking my consent. This invasive breach of privacy is not only unacceptable but also raises serious concerns about the safety and security of customers. A company that allows such practices clearly prioritizes convenience over respecting the sanctity of customers’ homes.

      To add insult to injury, the courier had the audacity to sign for the package on my behalf, a flagrant violation of protocol and an impersonation that could lead to severe consequences. The lack of professionalism demonstrated by Elektronik Keck Seng’s chosen courier is nothing short of shocking and reflects poorly on the seller’s commitment to ensuring a secure and trustworthy shopping experience for its customers.

      When I raised these alarming issues with Elektronik Keck Seng, their response was not only dismissive but also demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of the gravity of the situation. Instead of addressing the core concerns of privacy invasion and unauthorized signing, the seller merely claimed to take action without acknowledging the severity of the breach.

      Adding insult to injury, my request for a return due to the understandable apprehension of accepting a package that had been mishandled and left without my consent was callously denied. Elektronik Keck Seng showed a shocking level of greed by refusing to entertain the possibility that the item inside may have been compromised during this ordeal. Their nonchalant attitude towards customer concerns and safety is both disappointing and unacceptable.

      In conclusion, Elektronik Keck Seng’s egregious actions, from the invasion of privacy to the indifferent response to customer complaints, paint a grim picture of a seller that prioritizes profit over ethical conduct. I strongly caution potential buyers to think twice before engaging with a company that displays such a blatant disregard for customer privacy and safety.
