Used to get a good bargain of TV here. Somehow when I walked in to repurchase this morning, the sales girl showed impatient reaction and black face when I told her our budget below 1k. As a repeat customer of TBC puchong, I’m extremely disappointed at how your sales team treat your customer base on the sales value. You could have just let your customers know you don’t sell cheap electrical instead of attaining your customer in such an impolite manner. There is nearby seller provide professional customer service and better bargain.

I bought a TV from them during July 2019 with extended 2 yrs warranty with them. Last Dec 2023, my TV started to giving problems, with the help of Mr. Lai, he managed to help me to get one replacement (new one), thanks for the great help Mr. Lai.

The installer super lanci than the owner… The installer not even ask how we wan to install and just do it his easy job! so owner have to take it or leave it!!! not a good experience with them and now cant replacement as it will have hole there!! wont purchase anything from there anymore!!
