Called several times since yesterday to ask about brackets for placing the TV on the wall but no one answered. Previously we did ask whether the TV can be installed on the wall and they say it can be done but did not propose where is the best place to buy it. Now we cannot install the two TV purchased from them. Please enhanced your customer service through phone calls by having an employee specifically for picking up calls. Don’t just ignore the phone calls as it might be an important issue for your customer. Call me back immediately once you are able to do so.
