I have always patronized ESH Electrical specifically at Empire Shopping Gallery because of the excellent service rendered by one of their key employees, Mr Ah Kiat. He gives good advice and recommendations on the product that best suit your requirements and more importantly, he quotes you a very reasonable price. He also makes sure that my purchase item gets delivered especially if it was an urgent (one-off) request. He’s consistently pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Basically, all of these factors are the very reasons why I will always go back to Ah Kiat to buy any electrical product. The other staff at this branch are also helpful and attend to your needs.

Had a great experience purchasing an air cond unit with them. The staff were friendly & helpful, and I really appreciated their in-house air cond installer as well – the rate charged was reasonable (RM250 for installation and dismantling of old a/c unit, as of March 2023), and service was great. Able to schedule the installation + dismantling services easily on a weekend.

Would like to express my gratitude to a sales staff by the name of Ah Kiat in ESH branch in Empire Subang Shopping Gallery. Ah Kiat has been servicing me for more than 10 years now. He is not merely a salesperson but actually goes the extra mile to understand my needs in detail: for example he asked me about the space of my house, how often I use the appliances and recommended products according to my budget. He has a knack for details and understands how to serve a busy customer by providing the best information I needed in the most concise manner in my decision making process. He also made sure that logistics is to my convenience and would update me the whereabouts of my products until they arrive at my doorstep. He also preempted me to check the products before taking delivery to ensure that there is no damage during the process of delivery. He has great after sales service in that he would find solutions for my problems on the products (although new products recommended by him hardly have any issues when newly purchased). I would highly recommend anyone who wants a solution to your household appliances to buy from Ah Kiat as you would know that you are in good hands. His employer is fortunate to have him as he is indeed an asset to the organization.

Called several times since yesterday to ask about brackets for placing the TV on the wall but no one answered. Previously we did ask whether the TV can be installed on the wall and they say it can be done but did not propose where is the best place to buy it. Now we cannot install the two TV purchased from them. Please enhanced your customer service through phone calls by having an employee specifically for picking up calls. Don’t just ignore the phone calls as it might be an important issue for your customer. Call me back immediately once you are able to do so.
Staff was very accommodating and helpful in store. Good service and fast process of purchasing. Recommended to get your electrical appliances here. ??
