I do not recommend anyone who goes to this shop to fix their laptops. Initially, I wanted the technician to inspect whether my laptop battery or charger has issue. In the end, my charger was the only broken item. He later cleaned my laptop and realized I had a broken hinge. Afterwards, he broke my cable connecting to the screen when fixing the hinge. Now even my laptop casing is broken which will cost me RM450 to get it fixed in another shop. I spent RM95 (service fee) + RM105 (new laptop charger); a total of RM200 in this shop. But I will be spending double the amount to get the screen cable and laptop casing fixed. All these while, he didn’t even offer me any compensation. I also can’t use my laptop for 3 weeks including this week that I had my laptop fixed in this shop. I wanted to talk to the manager but the technician said that the manager was busy. Your mistake cost me both money and time. I highly recommend anyone to not fix their laptops here, or else they will face the same consequences I did.

had bad experience here… I wish I can rate 0.5 stars. At first, they say format the computer will cost RM120 then took few days to fix and there’s not fixed at the end until day 4 saying that SSD got problem need to add RM 380 and RM95 inspection fees. Obviously it’s a scam. and I go to another shop they fix at the same day and cost not more than RM 100. Not recommended!

Took my laptop to them as my installed adblock app was affecting my wifi connection. Although I did not buy my laptop from them before, they did not charge me for the 15min rectification work and recommended me another brand of adb locker. Good company culture that should be emulated by all.
