  1. TLDR: Prices are quite overpriced for some products (such as storage and ram expansion services or windows installation services), but the customer service makes it worth it (to some extent). The laptop/PC prices are somewhat close to market price. But please do some price checking before buying.

The used RM1099 Acer E5-475 laptop (1 month warranty) I bought died for no reason within a week.

It was still within warranty, so I left it there overnight, they said it was a software problem and upgraded to Windows 11 free of charge.

But then it died again, and I can’t boot it up at all, this time they did an proper hardware check, ram check and all. They confirmed that it was a hardware problem, and not software. Not a small problem at that. So I asked them if I can replace this worn down laptop which broke 2 times in a single month for a new one, and they agreed. I got a used RM1299 Dell Latitude laptop to replace it for free (Acer laptop still has warranty) . The experts were all professional and they replaced it hassle-free.

I gave their computer service poster a glance, and was totally flabbergasted by the INSANE prices of their services (storage or ram expansion, etc). I am not entirely sure if the prices are the norm, but I recommend you do some price checking before purchasing anything from the store.

As for their laptop/PC prices, most of them are average. The Acer laptop with a 940MX GPU for RM1099 I got was a steal, visit the shop and check the prices before deciding anything.

Would come here again. Based on my personal experience, I recommend shopping here. (Though you have to price check to not get ripped off)

Update: 3 months using the used Dell laptop, it works fine! There is a problem with the battery but there are no BSODs or crashes. The battery charge drops from 63 straight to 7%. The problem goes away after about 8 full charges. (New batteries occasionally need calibration).

  2. Great customer service. Come over multiple times to buy a laptop, service and even consultation. The prices are also reasonable with a great free gift. I really recommend buying your laptop from this shop.

  3. Went to buy laptop for office use..they had merdeka promo..RM6Y discount with free pri ger with each purchase of laptop..the sales person was very friendly and helpful..answered all my concerns..recommended!

  4. i bought my laptop from their website, and pm their admin, the admin are very friendly and helpful, always replied to each of my question, thankyou IT Geek, the laptop is good and no problem at all, the packaging during shipment are also good, full of bubble wrap, overall good!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Their customer service sucks. They did not let us view the display pieces and try to carry them to feel the weight of the laptop. He pointed out that the weight of the laptops are printed on the tags and we don’t have to carry them.

But how useful would looking at the printed weight on the tags? I won’t know how heavy it feels unless I try carrying it.

Afterwards when i tried pressing on the keys and on the laptop’s deck with ONE Finger to test the sturdiness of the laptop, the service staff was rude anf said it was the shop’s display piece and we should not do that. After telling him that I am not abusing the laptop and doing what every consumer would do when they type on the keyboard. People rest their entire palms on the keyboard when they are typing, so I don’t get the service staff’s overreaction to my usage. The service staff also argued back making useless points which didn’t make any sense. Will not waste my time at this shop again, and I encourage other shoppers to go elsewhere.
