Its the worst place to buy a pc or a laptop. Dont waste your time and money there..there are plenty of Chinese sellers all around Klang who provides much better service than this…
I bought a pc thr and these bozos signed up their microsoft acc into it and now every freakin year when it has to be reactivated i have to contact them to do it for me..made worse this store hardly takes any calls and always asks the customers to bring the pc to the shop.
I send my laptop to upgrade and do keyboard replacement. They dont have stick but opened the laptop and didn’t fix it properly at all.
They promise can do by the next day but drag way too long.
Now I cannot charge my laptop because it’s not well placed
I called few times but didn’t pick up the phone calls at all. Very bad service
Dont go to this shop at all.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED! IF YOU CAN’T / DON’T KNW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM WHY DO YOU TAKE THE LAPTOP!!!!YOU KEEP ON DRAGGING THE TIME & GIVING NONSENSE EXCUSES!!!!! ALMOST 2 WEEKS WITHOUT LAPTOP AT WORK PLACE & NEVER UNDERSTAND THE EMERGENCY!!! #Jayamasbadservice!

Worst service ever. Dont go there. They act like they know how to do. But will do other stuff with your laptops. My laptop was downgrade to lower version and most files was removed. Horrible service. I will sue Jayamas.
