JakaI told him my office hours cannot come during their opening hours if I have to drop it off, wait for repair and collect it. He still v stubborn, say cannot. Never see business reject customer. Maybe rent too low.

Unfriendly dude but I got my key duplicated within minutes at $4 so all was good.

I have sent three pairs of my shoes to stick back the soles and also changing the heels. They were done very nicely, especially my leather shoes of 6 years, in which the soles were back to the body of the soles .
My black loafers heels was also replaced. It’s almost as good as new.
I am amazed.

not sure why this shop at Jurong Point had good reviews, the guy totally ignore me when i wanted to duplicate my key. I waited for 5 mins and he took it as I don’t even exist there. He continued to do his job of duplicating keys for other customer before me? I saw at least 3 customers walked away from the shop. guess he also ignored them like he ignored me. terrible service, less customers less work to do i guess
