a month agoI had an impacted wisdom tooth which is causing me excruciating pain. Dr Clarissa and the team made the process painless and seamless, and I was at ease the whole time. The entire procedure took about an hour.The after-service was phenomenal as well, they checked in on me every other day to see how I was coping and answered my questions and requests patiently.
Highly recommended, kudos to the Joy Dental team @ One Punggol!
4 months agoIt was an awesome experience.Prior to the appointment, I received whatsapp message on my appointment. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The place is very clean and brightly lit.
Dr Dawn has been very patient and great with handling kids. My boy initially was afraid of visiting the dentist. Dr Dawn managed to engage with him that he actually enjoyed his visit very much. Every now and then she will talked to him and update him what she will be doing to his teeth. It is a great idea to reward the kids after the visit. Will definitely come back again.

She did a thorough scaling for my teeth and dispensed useful advice.4 months agoHad an extraction of infected tooth yesterday; was able to make same day appointment. Totally outstanding experience; friendly and competent receptionist; dentist Dr Chua is highly professional and reassuring. Next day follow-up. The Joy team are the best dentist practice in SG.

Great doctors and staffs, super friendly!4 months agobeen with Dr Alice Chua for 5 years already and i can say she is the best dentist i’ve ever met. Stopped going to dental for a period of time previously due to very bad experience w past dentists. but dr alice chua changed my dental experience and it’s been a super pleasant journey with her since! she’s very professional and always takes time out to give me practical advice on oral care and always make sure to answer all my queries 🙂 She gives very budget friendly advices and even advice me not to do certain procedures as they are not worth the money. She even makes the effort to remember her patients and can tell she’s someone that truly cares about her patients and loves the work she does. Really appreciate such a genuine and caring person as my dentist.7 months agoPosting on behalf of my partner. Do not visit this clinic. 1) Terrible service. 2) Dentist doesn’t inform you of his procedures; so they will just over-charge you without your consent/knowledge 3) Clinic closes at 9pm but schedules a follow-up appointment at 9pm. – However, patient has to wait close to an hour. Patient lost patience. Go by appointment, no need to wait at all. The entire process of scaling & polishing takes around 20 to 25 min. The price is affordable and cheaper than those dentist at city area. Dr Jade, a female doctor, is gentle on the process and no pain at all. Will go back again if need scaling and polishing. Thanks a lot.
Dr jade is an awesome dentist with vast experience. She puts the welfare of her patients first and is always there to make the experience painless. She was very proficient in the extraction of my wisdom tooth and she followed up consistently after the operation. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for extraction/ related services. It helps that she is a pretty looking as well!
Both my kids was attended by Dr Jade Foo and they are comfortable with her. She would try to warm up with the kids and get them to feel comfortable in the environment before starting the cleaning process. She would encourage the kids by praising them and telling them how great they are doing. Dr Jade would also advice us what we need to do on a daily basis for cleaning our kids teeth. Overall I felt she cares for her patients and her pricing are reasonable.
My friend recommends me to Dr Jade. Met her on Monday to had tooth extraction. The procedure was swift and painless, she is extremely skilled, knowledgeable and patient with me. I appreciated how she took the time to explain everything to me beforehand and answer all of my questions. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Dr Jade to anyone in need of dental services.
My first visit to Caring Dental, was attended by Dr Regina Lim, she was efficient and gentle, making my experience here comfortable. Will definitely recommend this place.
