Dr Tow is very friendly and professional, he’s very good in communication and explain treatments options very well. Not only that, he is very skillful in providing dental treatment and I had a very relaxed and comfortable experience receiving dental treatment there.

Took their name card when they first started operating last year. Finally get the time to get an appointment to visit them for my cleaning and check up recently. From registration, consultation, treatment to payment all done in a very smooth flow. Will definitely recommend it!
Second time here for my regular scaling, I can say that the dr is very responsible. He explained to me all the possible solutions for my missing teeth and not being pushy about the treaments, highly recommended!
The dr is very nice, he told me about my gum condition and taught me how to brush my teeth and take care of the gum after scaling. Bring back memory back in primary school time when the nurse came to school to teach us how to brush by the longkang. The scaling and polishing was painless??
I came here to install dental bridge as I have a missing tooth. The DR checked very thoroughly and after performing multiple test he suggested me not to do bridge due to my gum condition and if I insist, it might not last long. I ends up proceed with dentures. Dr Koay is undoubtedly a very good and kind hearted dentist. Not many can resist money and be firm on their principle and do what is good for the patient instead of own pocket. Keep it up!
We had an incredible experience with the doctor at this clinic. They were exceptionally helpful and took the time to explain everything to us in great detail. Not only that, but the clinic itself was immaculate and had a lovely ambiance. We highly recommend this place!
