2 months agoCalled into their service hotline to make an appointment today (2 Nov) 3pm at Tampines Plaza. Reached the clinic only to tell me there was no such appointment made. Instead, on the system it was reflected as 6 Nov 3pm. Visited the dentist in regards to a growth on my tongue which turned out to be nothing. Dr Debbie&the receptionist/dental assistant was very kind and friendly which eased my nerves abit. Dr Debbie had some time and offered to remove my wisdom teeth which was painless and done efficiently! Everything was well explained from start to finish. Thank you for the excellent service!
After going to the clinic once, i had high confidence with Dr George who was very friendly which kept me relaxed during the procedures.

This is my second time coming to Blk 139 Tampines branch. Had a pleasant experience, counter staff, dental assistant and the dentist is very nice and pleasant. Kudos to the team for giving a great service!
