This is the SECOND TIME the call service screwed up my dental appointment timing. I took pm leave just to get my sensitive teeth checked yet I left disappointed with my appointment mixed up.
I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years because their dentists are skilled & professional. Barely any discomfort during treatment. Sadly, it’s their service and call centre staff who are lacking.
Once I even waited for 40 minutes in the clinic for my turn because the counter staff conveniently forgot to register my name into the system for the dentist. Waited like a fool and wasted time due to staff ineffectiveness.
Will not visit again after multiple rounds of disappointment.
Good and professional. Dr George was professional in providing his dental care. Alice was also very polite and helpful in helping me on the administrative and booking matters since it was my first time with them. Well done
Friendly environment, staff and doctor Ranjan is very professional. I asked a lot of questions and Dr ranjan answered well. Easy for me to understand. Very friendly and did a great job. I really appreciate the service given and I highly recommend Dr Ranjan if anyone wants to visit a dentist. Thanks for the great experience.
Visited the dentist in regards to a growth on my tongue which turned out to be nothing. Dr Debbie&the receptionist/dental assistant was very kind and friendly which eased my nerves abit. Dr Debbie had some time and offered to remove my wisdom teeth which was painless and done efficiently! Everything was well explained from start to finish. Thank you for the excellent service!
After going to the clinic once, i had high confidence with Dr George who was very friendly which kept me relaxed during the procedures.
This is my second time visiting the clinic and it will be my “go to” dental clinic from now on.
This is my second time coming to Blk 139 Tampines branch. Had a pleasant experience, counter staff, dental assistant and the dentist is very nice and pleasant. Kudos to the team for giving a great service!
