I went PCR test on 28/1/23 alone. By the time I arrived, there was no other patient. I did the same process after filling up the form and giving ic to them(not sure why since I am not 1st-time visitor), and the registration process took longer than usual even though there was no other patient.
This time, a young unprofessional staff who wore no protective gear, including a face mask, attended to me. What surprised me was how simply he did the test. During the saliva test, people either take it from the inner wall of the mouth or near the throat, but he only taps the area between the bottom of my tongue and the mouth to get the sample. For the swab test, he only inserts the stick like 1cm in my nose within 1 second. Did he even know the virus is hidden on the inner side of the nasal in the early stage of covid?
So after 1 day, the PCR result shows negative, but since the covid symptom is showing. I asked for clarification and told them that the person who attended to me was not properly doing his job. They said you could come and do the test again but need to pay for the 2nd time. I felt cheated and went to BP clinic, and today 31/1/23 PCR result from BP is positive.
I am not sure about their medical service, but for the covid test, avoid it at all costs! Reply speed was extremely slow, could take up to 1 day for them to reply to your message.

They offer complete FOMEMA check up for fpreign maid. The process took approximately 1 hour to complete and around three days to get the result from FOMEMA portal. For general health treatments this clinic offers good and relatively fast service although you might feel not so comfortable with the interior design. Opens every day except friday and public holidays. But of you come in pick hours, you might have problems with parking. Parking lots are everywhere but this area also got so many vehicles compared to the number of parking lots.

I was a bit depressed after going to this clinic, it was not revealed that I was heartbroken. The staff are not professional. In fact, when I came, it was possible that the staff just wanted to learn the basics by watching YouTube when I asked for things they had never done before, such as “burning” an X-Ray CD. My heart was broken like glass falling on a stone again because KPJ Perdana Specialist Hospital did not accept the X-Ray CD because the CD was “burned” in the wrong format which is ‘JPEG’ and should be “burned” in DICOM format. My time just disappeared. Do not go to this clinic.
