1. not gonna lie the doctor here is attentive (as what the rest said), but do be aware that he leaves in the afternoon so technically they are opened in the morning only. called a few times on different days at 4pm+ and was told on all days that the doctor left and thus its closed le. so opening hours is not till 10pm, just call and check on the doctor’s availability before visiting.

2. This week I decided to go for my 3rd and final dose of HPV vaccine here since I had my other doses here and my past experiences were pleasant. This Monday I called them to ask for an appointment on Tuesday 10am and the receptionist said something like okay you can come at 10am but you will have to wait for a while because it’s our peak period. ??? Then why’d I come at 10am? That was the first ‘ummm…’ moment. Okay so in the end I went at 8am right when they opened and got my shot. Don’t get me wrong, Dr. Dayrl Tan is okay. But the receptionist was what I was unhappy about. So when I came out and waited to make my payment, I think I sat there for about 20 mins (mind you, there was only one more patient beside me, wasn’t crowded) until the receptionist called me to the counter and said actually their system is spoilt so I can’t pay now, and I’d have to come back later at 9:30. She said only her colleague who’s running late can handle this and she gotta wait till she came in. That was gonna be 1h later!!! Anyway I had to run some errands so I said okay and loitered around for a bit, but they didn’t call me at 9:30 so I went back in again. She said give her another 5-10 minutes, her colleague is reaching soon. Your colleague coming from Malaysia is it lol. So I got a bit fed up and said you asked me to come back at 9:30 leh. Then she said her colleague is reaching soon, it won’t be any later than 10am. Then I was like huh? From now till 10 is 30 mins leh. How is that 5-10 mins? I need to go office to work leh, I can’t keep waiting around you know. I waited for 1h+ already. And you know what she said. She said ‘then I don’t know what to do already mam’ lol… I also offered to PayNow to them multiple times but she said they can’t do it. So ultimately I got fed up and just went home. In the end they only called me at 10+ to ask me to go back to pay. I said I have no time today, I’ll get someone to make the payment tomorrow on my behalf. Terrible attitude from the receptionist. I didn’t even mention the trouble I had just to get through to them on Monday. First time I called them she put me on hold (idk if it’s the same receptionist) for 5 mins and was being impolite to some customer in the background. I hung up and called back a while later just to make a simple appointment. If you don’t want to take appointments and earn money then please stop accepting customers!!! Omg it was such an irritating experience for me. I am not going back again after this, fortunately this was my last dose.

3. Doctor’s great. Especially Dr Daryl, very attentive and clear with the explanations.

   However, the reception staff’s attitude is atrocious.

   Being early, we tried to register but she told us to sit down. Naturally we would think that the next to register is us, as we are alone there. But guess what? Another patient walks in and get registered BEFORE us. When we spoke to her, she said that we shpuld have queued. Hello? You told us to sit but skipped thru us and tell us we should have queued instead?

   By telling me you are alone, doesnt even mean a thing to us. The bare minimum is that the receptionist should tell the incoming patient to wait for awhile while we, who arrived earlier, gets registered first isnt it? Common sense?

   Totally put off by the receptionist’s attitude.

4. this clinic has 1.9 stars for a reason to be honest. prices charged are ridiculously high, especially for consultation. also do note that they DO NOT open till 10pm and they close around afternoon time (unsure of the exact time).
   recently my family member felt extreme pain in his abdomen and so i brought him to the nearest clinic which is this one, and they told me that they aren’t open at 430pm.
   to which i responded with “isnt it 10pm for your closing?” and they just said that they do not open till night anymore.
   before i left i heard the people inside say “haha he want to see doctor also no doctor for him to see” is it very funny to yall?

   please change the indicated time on your website for opening and closing hours to the accurate timing that you actually work for. if you aren’t even capable of settling a simple administrative matter as such, don’t open a clinic. how are we supposed to trust you with our treatment?

5. The reception staff attitude is broken! they actually not fit in that clinic with good doctor’s
   Im the first to arrive ( 2:45pm) but ask me to come back at 3 .. so i stay outside the clinic because i got covid ..
   When i saw 3 people going inside i still wait till 2.59 and get in guess what ? The others already register before 3 .. and i cant register first they said because im not inside the clinic ?? Im a covid patient tho! I cant stay inside the clinic with aircon on! They point me as my mistake for not telling them that i have covid ..unlike other clinic reception they will ask upon register etc any fever cough or flu? But this one NON OF IT! well lesson learn that was the last time i went there
   But the doctor are very great one but not the RECEPTION’S STAFF!
