Details explanation on how to take medicine ? from staff.3 months ago⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had a wonderful experience at Klinik Putra Simpang Ampat. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel at ease.The clinic itself is impeccably clean and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence in the care I was about to receive.
Dr. Sharifah is a true expert in their field. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my treatment options, and answered all my questions with patience. I never felt rushed during the appointment, which was greatly appreciated.
The nursing and support staff were equally impressive, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout my visit.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Klinik Putra. They provide top-notch medical care with a personal touch. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking excellent healthcare.

Waited for the service for morethan 30 minutes and receptionist was not friendly and yet I had to take nebulizer treatment outside of the clinic without any monitoring. I can’t understand what procedure is that. And payment took way too long because of lack of wifi connection and I never had this kind of emergency service experience even at midnight
First time going there & the registration process was very quick and the clinic is also very clean. Parking was not at issue.
Went there for my URTI & Tonsillitis problem and was well consulted by Dr Naga. Very patient in trying to understand my symptoms and detailed in his explanation.
Very satisfied with their service & will definitely go there again.
Dr Naga is friendly and nice. Feel relief after consulting the professional Doctor Naga. Thank you Doctor Naga!
