JakaI was in the room for 1 or 2 mins max before I was done. Very disappointed with this service despite the aesthetics of the place.

The clinic is clean and modern, the waiting area is very hygienic and comfortable. I came at 9.30am and the doctor was already in.
Staff were competent, quick and kind. Dr Rhuban is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with, he explains things very thoroughly, he says that he takes time during consultation to make sure patients are well informed, which explains the wait but the clinic is cosy enough
I am confident with their expertise from my experience coming here.

Been going to this clinic since the old management and now it has changed to new management, it’s been a significant improvement too. Every visit is a joy as Dr Rhuban has been very kind and patient when explaining every issue I’ve had. Never had any problems with clinic not opening as I’ll usually call beforehand before heading over.

I tried going in to get a consultation and medication from the doctor on 18th November 2023 at specifically 4.40pm. The lady at the registration counter literally said she could not take anymore patients as they are closing at 5pm. There was only one other patient there waiting. I explained my ear is literally hurting really bad and if she could squeeze me in, and she really couldn’t care less. I even told here there is still time.

It’s a lovely experience visiting the clinic. Both GP and front desk are very friendly, respectful and non-judgmental. Charges are reasonable and affordable as well ??
(14 Jan 2022). Dr Goh Ee Yee was the consultant who attended to me on that day. She was friendly and professional – explained to me in a non-rushed manner the ultra-sound scanning of my abdominal organs. Fees were reasonable. My gripe was there was no report given. The clinic staff were also friendly and courteous. The clinic seemed cluttered with advertisement posters and office equipment.

Pursuant to my request, Dr Goh Ee Yee/ Klinik Central has kindly provided me a report together with the images of the ultrasound scan of my abdominal organs this afternoon.
My first visit to Klinik Central SS15, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Dr. Veronica Faun, the attending physician, displayed an impressive level of expertise and care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was courteous and efficient. Dr. Veronica Faun took the time to thoroughly understand my medical history and concerns, and their diagnosis was accurate enough to provide me with the right medicine. I have seek a few medical opinion on my high blood pressure treatment but I have to say, Dr. Veronica Faun was the only doctor whom accurately prescribed me with the right medicine to effectively reduce both my high blood pressure and my pulse rate to the normal reading as well as without any recurrent side effects. The clinic’s state-of-the-art facilities and the doctor’s compassionate approach made me feel at ease. The price is very reasonable with such great service and clinic ambience. I left the clinic feeling reassured and well taken care of. I highly recommend Klinik Central SS15 and Dr. Veronica Faun to anyone seeking top-notch medical attention.

i went to this clinic maybe 3-4 times already in the span of 2 years.
1) the service from the desk front to the doctor are especially good. Customer service is friendly and respectful, while the doctor (Veronica Faun) is very understanding and helps you to explain bout your sickness thoroughly.
2) MC – why did i come here? of course la not to fake my sickness but we know our own body and if it recovers or get worse if we work. So far, no issue and like I said, the doctors are very understanding. Personally when i get fever (eg;), i need at least 2 days to get well. Food poisoning u surely cannot get better in 1 day one. That one 2-4 days man. My own workplace clinic and other clinics always give me only one day, sometimes half day tau and I have to force myself back out of bed to apply for another one the NEXT day. I believe that with good reason the doctors in this clinic will provide you with the rest you need – that you dont abuse them la.
3) Price/Medicine – consultation maybe a bit pricier, RM75 but they don’t overcharge for the meds (maybe, so far okay). And they even have meds in syrup form if u cannot swallow (I can’t ?). Very good point if ur like me.
Anyway, I went here bc my friend recommended me and you can imagine how powerful mouth to mouth marketing is. Keep up the good work and thank you. May you receive plenty of loyal customers.
