Nice K-bbq and good service.

Was staying at R&F so decided to check out this highly rated K-bbq. Went about 9.20pm on Saturday night, the place was not full but have some guest.

Order via QR code, we ordered the beef set and jajang noodle. Shortly the side dishes were served then the staff came with the charcoal grill.

Our set includes chives pancake, steamed egg and choice of stew (we had tofu stew).

The staff will help you the grill the meat and put them aside when it’s ready. I really like this service because they do it really well, the meat were really tender, and also they keep the suction low so the restaurant don’t really have heavy bbq smell. After grilling they will remove the charcoal and let you enjoy your meal.

The only down side was when the jajang noodle came it was like with those instant noodle which is not as per order picture or what we imagine, we thought they serve us the wrong dish. ?

Overall we enjoyed the food and service, will come back again.

The staff are mostly Koreans so i guess it lends some authenticity to their meal. Regardless i truly enjoyed my experience and my meal there. The pork belly and spare pork were pretty good, while the kimchi stew was a great complement to the food. The set comes with a wide range of side dishes and the kimchi is the best i’ve had. I think the steamed egg and the pancake are skippable. Definitely recommended

great kbbq place in jb! it’s quite a walk from ciq but definitely worth it when compared to kbbq in singapore. the staff serves complimentary cold tea upon seating and orders are done via qr. the staff also cooks the meats for you so you only have to worry about eating. decent price as a tourist but i would imagine this is pricey for the locals. worth a try! ?

If you want to know the actual authentic taste of Korean food, then this restaurant is one of the choices you should consider. The ambience mood is nice there. I visit with my friend past the lunch hour, the place is not crowded. The price might be a bit difficult to accept.

But, the food tastes delicious and it comes with a lot of side dishes. Love the side dishes a lot (see the picture). Plus you can refill it! To me, it is worth the money I spend.

Probably will give another visit in coming few months.?

I took lunch with my wife here. When seeing various side dishes, we surprised and speechless. After tasting I surprised more at their taste each. They were very delicious and made me happy. After eating I ask a elderly staff where the side dishe foods were supplied. Then I surprised at her answers that she has made all the foods by herself for last 35 years here. She is a Korean originated. I vowed her with my respect. I am happy finding this kind of restaurant here in Malaysia. Definitely, I will come back with my valuable friends.

    1. First time visit.
Son requested a Korean BBQ for our dinner.
Everything are good. Food, service and environment.
They will grill meats for us. Cook better than Bornga. Keep it up. Will come back as my son big fan for Korean BBQ and steam eggs. Steam eggs today a bit bland.
Seafood pancake can be crispier as I did make special request for more crispy.

    2. A cozy Korean restaurant, run by a warm and humble family, where the service is exceptional. While the overall food experience is satisfactory, it stands out as an excellent spot to satisfy your Korean food cravings. I highly recommend trying their flavorful kimchi soup for a delightful culinary experience.

    3. Best Korean food I ever have so far. Price is reasonable and totally worth it, definitely will come again. Suggest to call and make reservation before you go.

    4. Overall spend RM200+ for 3ppl meal.
Food:Kimchi pancake taste crunchy and tasty.
Service: Meat grill by staff super fast. Food serving slow and need to be reminded few times. After half eating staff starting not attentive if asking for refill. Water refill also need customer ask to refill! 烤肉酱最后也不甘不愿的丢在桌上?。
Atmosphere:The restaurant environment is not ventilated and no smoke exhaust system. There is a strong smell of oil smoke on clothes and hair.
Price:2-3 person meat set RM 85. Kimchi pancake RM25.

    5. If i can give 6 stars i would!! The food here is so good it shld be illegal?? The marinated pork was so savory and the beef ribs were juicy and soft 10/10. The seafood pancake was crispy, crunchy and fragrant. I dont usually eat squid but this was so good i ate 3 pieces. The sundubu was mildly spicy but very comforting 🙂 they also had a massive amount of side dishes! service was very friendly and welcoming will definitely come again and recommending this to all my friends!!
