Sent my clothes for washing and they booked Lalamove but didn’t even bother to help me out to contact the sender . Booked the wrong location took our money and decided to just leave it to the both of us to figure out . Worst after sales service . Would not recommend

Price a bit priciy, however they use quality detergent and softener (Dynamo+Downy).. Your own detergent n softener not require..

The worst of the worst experience Thier detergents are extremely cheap quality couldn’t even take out stains from my white cloths pay 20 RM just waist somewhere attendant there have cheeks to defend just ridiculous.. Will never ever recommend anyone

This company is the worst laundry shop that I ever met before, I used the Tosei dryer RM 4.00+1.00 added time, then my clothes still not completely dry out, so that I changed to other dryer (different brand)by paying extra RM 4.00. When I request to refund the previous RM 5.00, it said no cash/coin refund but only token, what the heck of this cheating company

    4. Okla. Like to go the laundrybar modern. They have the single machines that do both the wash and dry within the same unit. Reduces the hassle of transferring.

    5. It is very convenient actually. However lately more machines broke down very frequently. With the queue, no choice need to go other self-service laundry nearby.
