To use any of the machines just scan the QR code on the machine and start! This company is the worst laundry shop that I ever met before, I used the Tosei dryer RM 4.00+1.00 added time, then my clothes still not completely dry out, so that I changed to other dryer (different brand)by paying extra RM 4.00. When I request to refund the previous RM 5.00, it said no cash/coin refund but only token, what the heck of this cheating company

Okla. Like to go the laundrybar modern. They have the single machines that do both the wash and dry within the same unit. Reduces the hassle of transferring.
It is very convenient actually. However lately more machines broke down very frequently. With the queue, no choice need to go other self-service laundry nearby.
