Second of all, what is it with you laundromat companies not wanting our clothes get cleaned? If you can’t provide soap, would you please say so?

That way I could’ve brought my own soap and my clothes won’t stink after it has been through the washing machine.

You could have said something like “We are sorry we are such a cheapskate company and that we won’t give your clothes enough suds to properly clean so that you would have to pay twice and wouldn’t have your clothes smell like wet rat.”

In conclusion, this laundry sucks, but a convenient way to get your clothes washed and dried adequately if you’re short on time.

Edit: The clothes turns out smelling nice after washing, kudos to you IbuSayang.

Very bad experience with the place. Not worth your effort to come. better find another place. Upon reaching the place, the address given was wrong. It is not situated at all at the shopping complex but at the residence area. I did give a try and walked to the residence area only to denied entry to go to the laundry because we are not a resident. why bother promoting if the security don’t allow people in. Clueless management as well upon calling

  5. Spent 30 mins trying to look for this place. Not only do you have to go all the way up to level 5, but I had to leave my 16kg load of laundry downstairs first to look for the place. I ended up not finding it after walking, searching and reading the directory provided. Google and the owners of these places should really learn to update your businesses if you no longer operate it. This is not my first time going to a place via google, it stated open but when I go, the place either closed or shut down permanently. Dah banyak kali kena macam ni. In this case, their laundromat is not even listed in the directory / lifts. Seriously menyusahkan orang betul.
