Machine is easily vacant as most people wash n have meal nearby kopitiam
You cannot wash floor mats and pets stuff.
All is good except waiting area is aged and need a total deep cleaning. Shop owner lights up mosquito coil so the smoke/scent might be uncomfortable for some people.

Place looks clean and tidy. Machines are new and well maintained. Prices are reasonable too. Make sure to remove your shoes when entering!
Note: Spotted quite a few mozzies while waiting for my clothes to dry. Might be a good idea to bring some insect repellent.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I came down to do my laundry. And I notice there is no soap dispense. Wasted $7. Went home and come back again to re wash at night. Spent another $7 on another washer and still no soap.
Complain to them and ask for compensation as I wasted $14 and also most of my time for the day.
Owner not willing to compensate and need investigation. I’m don’t usually give feedback but this is a need for me to warn everyone out there. I don’t suggest coming here.
There is another Aunty who saw my problem and told me that this washer usually got few problems and the owners not that receptive she said.
I’m in no need or desperation for money, just need a good customer service as my task for the day wasn’t met. I wish u all the best in ur business without a good customer service.
I could not be happier with WashTown. Quick customer service & was able to get my problems fixed very quickly. Twice I made a mistake with the same dryer and both times owner is fast to respond and solve them. Really glad for having this WashTown and save me from buying a dryer of my own. On top of that, with the app, I can check the machines availability before coming down with my clean clothes. Things are so easy. Thank you!!!
Place is spacious and convenience..customer service are very good.. accidently insert into washer coin box instead the dryer coin box..and CS was very fast in responding and refunding back my coins.. Washtown is very helpful to busy pple and expecially during rainy season..?
