The individual previously noted by Mohamed Montasem, displayed extreme rudeness and impatience during our interaction. He even raised his voice when I had difficulty hearing his words. This place doesn’t deserve any customer. Given his behavior, I chose not to proceed with the currency exchange here.
Stay away from this money changer. Rude lady staff. She looked and behaved so annoyed transacting with me. I should have read the reviews first.
I have been a customer of theirs for the past 5 years, but I will never use their services again. Their employees are rude and unprofessional, and they couldn’t even explain why they needed certain documents, such as a bank statement. There are other money changers in Dpulze and Tamarind Square, and I strongly recommend using one of those instead. In summary, slow service and no courtesy.
