a year agoCame in the afternoon to change money in which the staff mention that the currency that i want is unavailable at the moment and need to wait for about one hour to arrive. I asked if i come again will the rate change and the staff confirm that the rate will not change. I came back after one hour, told the staff the amount that i want to change. He calculated the total and to my surprise the rate was much more expensive compared to earlier. I reminded that he earlier mention that rate will not change in which he replied that the rate i saw earlier in the afternoon was not the updated rate (he forgot to update the rate on the screen). Its my first time to send money here and the staff’s who process my money transfer was so slow!!When i ask him to make it faster coz I’ll be late for my next appointment he was angry to me and he continued to talk on the phone!! He is so arrogant!! Don’t waste your time here!! The rates are so low!!! Very bad experience here!! It’s better to go to the bank on UG!! I hope the owner of this place consider to changed the staff’s that they hired!!! So many customers waiting in line.,.some just left coz they can’t wait anymore!!!a year agoStated close at 9pm…when reach at 8.15pm to change money, staff told that “DAH TUTUP”! what kind of service. Wasting my time come here.5 years agoFor Western Union, the worst ever customer experience. You have to wait for 45 mins or more. They cannot communicate and it is so slow and arrogance. Western union should not use such places otherwise it will lose customers. This is below par.

6 months agoReliable money changer with the best exchange rates. But they need to improve on efficiency. Had 2 customers ahead of me, took about 20 minutes before it could reach my turn. They have 2 counters.. 1 for remittance and another for money changing. Remittance was empty but was not used to carry out money exchange. Please look into the efficiency. It’s causing way too much of stress for your customers.7 months agoThis money changer is conveniently located in Paradigm Mall. Their exchange rate is pretty good. There was a bit of a queue, but service was efficient and friendly. A good place to exchange foreign currency.5 months agoI went twice to this money changer, even they are not having the best rates, but the services were excellent. Both staffs are very friendly and attentive to details, they will show you the calculations clearly, state how much they received from you and how much is the balance returned. Compared to others, they have done way better,, pls keep up the good job.4 months agoMy first experience dealing with such pleasant staff by the name of Syazwan. He was very helpful, courteous and full of smiles! Great job… definitely my place for any forex exchange in the future5 months agoTheir exchange rate is pretty good. There was no queue, staff service was good, efficient and friendly. A good place to exchange foreign currency.

Useless money exchange outlet.. Went to change USD1,000 and they didn’t have enough ringgit.. and I said how can a money exchange not have enough ringgit? And then the lady there started yelling at me how can you scold us like this. If you wanna say something you must know the reason first.. Do you know why we have no ringgit? We are opening a new outlet. I couldn’t be bothered to listen to her yelling/explaining so I said wow that’s good you are rude to customers .. and walked out .. Well hello, how is you opening a new outlet my problem? it just means you are not running your business the right way and are RUDE to customers.. will never go there again .. Useless and rude!
