Useless money exchange outlet.. Went to change USD1,000 and they didn’t have enough ringgit.. and I said how can a money exchange not have enough ringgit? And then the lady there started yelling at me how can you scold us like this. If you wanna say something you must know the reason first.. Do you know why we have no ringgit? We are opening a new outlet. I couldn’t be bothered to listen to her yelling/explaining so I said wow that’s good you are rude to customers .. and walked out .. Well hello, how is you opening a new outlet my problem? it just means you are not running your business the right way and are RUDE to customers.. will never go there again .. Useless and rude!
