10 months agoI arrived at 5.54pm to apply for new prepaid card. I expected to be told come back tomorrow but the counter Indian girl was kind and said that I can still do it. I made them leave late but she entertained my questions and guided me through the process. Quite happy with the service and the fact that my trip here wasn’t wasted.6 months agoService is super slow… Machine count then manual hand count and repeat.. how many times you want to count? Less than usd 2k u want to count 4 times seriously??? Very inefficient.. I will open voice recording when I go buy sim card later.3 years agoGreat customer service…Easy to withdraw money from abroad “Moneygram/WU etc..)…employees can speak and understand English…No long queue…Overall very satisfactory unlike other places or banks… Oh and on another note…while my partner was waiting outside of the place, the employee aproached her, assisted her and even suggested and explained to issue and ise their prepaid card with all the details one could give.

a week agoI would give negative Star, I went there no one to serve waited 10 minutes then google number and called them. Then came 2 Indian boys . One of them was very sarcastic he asked me why called to complain. Then he said if no one in the countet keep quiet and just sit here. Once we are back we will attend to u. Is this the way u handle customers? First of all who are you to ask the customer to wait. If you can’t do your work properly just close your business. I went to the other ? changer which is located inside the mall. The service is 1000 times better. Even the Q was long I rather wait can get my business done instead of going to your place.9 months agoExcellent service… Best place to exchange money. Great rate4 years agoBe careful cheating. Last time when I went they. I counted correctly give the money to her. She said short of money. Because she counted the money under the counter which we can’t see what she done. We have no proof coz she maybe took out one note hide under the table. We lost about RM52.00. However, we gave 2nd chance, she took my detail of my IC because above RM3k. She asked lots of questions, such as what is my phone number, what is your occupation and etc. But other money changes only took the IC without asking any questions. After that day I changed the money. I received lots of fake call. We suspected she sold my IC data and information to 3rd party . Just be careful if you want to change money at this place. Dont give too much information to them. Now, they got my information and data selling to all direct sales. Very scary and worrying now??4 years agoAlmost all branches staff Lan xi(not friendly) including Tesco Puchong and the rate very high compare others. Change RM500 to other currency at same day morning, here higher RM16. Opposite citybank Puchong puteri much better!4 years agoPlease dont go here. Service is rude and like gangster. Agreed on others review. Inside ioi mall got another few shop which better service.
