4 months agoThe service was extremely poor, rude and impolite. I requested a small denomination note initially, and the staff at the counter acted as if they hadn’t heard me. After repeating my request, they claimed to have already provided the small note. On my third attempt, I asked for additional small notes instead of a 1,000 HKD note, but the staff refused.Will never come back to this shop again!!

Please take note that their only preferable transaction is cash (Only available ATM in the mall is Maybank) and always call them first to check with the rate of any currency.

The shop is located at the basement, and around the left side of Pacific, I would say you wouldn’t miss it.
