Very good rate and the gentleman at the shop is polite and his service fast. I changed HKD and his rate (S$100 for HKD 577) was close to published rate (S$100 for HKD 581) and much better those in Peninsula Plaza (S$100 for HKD 570) today.
Best of all he has smaller HKD 100 notes. I couldn’t get anything smaller than HKD 500 from money changers at the Arcade. Even so, they were only willing to give me 2 HKD 500 notes and the rest in HKD 1000 denominations.

a month agoVisited this place today. Tried to cheat my money. Had to ask them to recount and the guy at the counter said he made a mistake. If I had not checked, he would have profited an extra $50sgd. Do not recommend going to this place unless you don’t mind being scammed!2 weeks agoBad experience with the big n fat indian. Very bad attitude, rude and sacastic. I wanted to change Euro currency yet when asking for any better rate got attacked by rude remarks . Hope they close down soon.5 months agoAfter today’s visit to this money changer, I have second thoughts and doubts about them. Since the travel restrictions have been lifted up, this has been one of my go-to money changers. I went to them last year for Czech Crown. As this currency has very low demand, one of the staff was kind and helpful and made arrangements to obtain the currency for me. (If I’m not wrong, his name was Mr Akbar.) Since then till present, I’ve been going to them for whatever currency I needed: Euro, Yen, Won, Rupiah, USD and of course, Ringgit. Today, I made my way there for Vietnam Dong and Rupiah. There are no issues with the Rupiah, but I’m feeling kinda ‘cheated’ now that I discovered the Dong rate is much lower than all the online exchange rates I checked. With SGD500, at their exchange rate of 17.2, I received 8,600,000.00 Dong from them. The lowest online rate is 8,900,366.07. I totally understand the fluctuations with foreign currency exchange rate, but with the rate I got from them, I feel like I was robbed of at least 300,000.00 Dong that is equivalent to SGD16.Related articles:- The 7 Best Vet in Jurong East

I had a fantastic experience at the money changer! The staff was friendly and efficient, making the currency exchange process smooth and hassle-free. They offered competitive exchange rates, and the transaction was completed swiftly. Very fast processing . I’ll definitely return for my future currency exchange needs.
Guy’s attitude was like he couldn’t be bothered with our business. He saw me when he walked into his booth but chose to disappear into the office without acknowledging our presence. It took him a few mins before emerging from the office and asked what we wanted. Yes, I might not be changing thousands of dollars but his attitude sure isn’t worth a penny.
They are very professional and changes my money with in few minutes and good rates.
People standing behind the counters were so friendly and kind.
