Limited sound proofing – able to hear the tv from next door and the noise from elevator. Small room and tight showering space. Near few eateries though.

This is a perfect “no frills” hotel. I stayed here for a week for pursuing a short course at NUS Business School. The rooms, linen, attached washroom were clean and tidy. They do provide hair and body wash and towels. The room is cleaned and linens are replaced daily. 2 mineral water bottles are provided every day. Also the tap water can be used as an alternative. Above all, the hotel staff is quite friendly and courteous.
However, they do not have any in-house restaurant but have enough eating joints just outside the hotel. Also, there is a 7-Eleven outlet which operates 24/7.
For transportation, the bus-stop is right outside the hotel gate, which provides a lot of ease of travelling across all major locations.
In case anyone is looking forward to an accommodation specifically near NUS, this is a perfect budget hotel.

Closest and cheapest if you are visiting NUS. Only took 3 min walk to Kentridge terminal, and near several restaurants as well. Our bathroom was bigger than the entire bedroom which is understandable when you found out that these hotel also used for “something”. No window, and the key doesn’t work on the second day. But overall fine place.

a month agoPros: Generally okay if you’re on the petite physique and on a budget. Plenty of nearby local restaurants and convenience store. Staff are polite and attend promptly to guests’ needs and requests. Left valuable stuff visibly for couple of days and everything was always in place. Upkeep of room is regular and neat. The location is good. Very quiet at night. A few minutes walk to Boon Lay Market and Jurong point center for food and shopping. Staffs are really nice. I had a few problems with my air con, they fixed it in a few days. If you are a foreigner and would like a peace of mind renting, I highly recommend this place.
Very large fitness room . I hope can reach my diet target …The rooms are very big too. Recommend Premium Queen studio to those who loves privacy. Well equipped with complete kitchen, washing machine & microwave . Suitable for those with small families
A nice place in the West side of Singapore. Located near the neighborhood which adds to the homely and cozy feel. Good for short term stay. Overall would recommend!
Well done to the staff at Coliwoo Boon Lay. They goes all the way to help me when I make a mistake of the move in dates. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Thanks to them for helping me on this.
I do not recommend. The room was in poor upkeep, incredibly noisy all the time (children crying, couples fighting, school bells ringing, etc). Found mold when I got to the premises that I was told to clean myself. Not only that but it is wildly overpriced for the services/area. And I have never met administrative staff this rude. They will act disdainful and rude whenever you need information. I still have not received my security deposit, and I believe they are trying to stall the payment as long as possible for me to forget about it. The common area upkeeping staff are very sweet though. I do not recommend for any foreign students looking for housing in the area. This place is ridiculous, literally any other housing option is better than this.
