Cons: Bedroom and especially bathroom are quite small, not advisable for medium to large built people. Hallway sounds are audible as well as other ambient sounds like waterflow on pipes from upstairs room or the pouring rain. Bed is generally okay, could sleep comfortably, but linens (and bath towels) have visible stains. No bidet.

The location is good. Very quiet at night. A few minutes walk to Boon Lay Market and Jurong point center for food and shopping. Staffs are really nice. I had a few problems with my air con, they fixed it in a few days. If you are a foreigner and would like a peace of mind renting, I highly recommend this place.
Very large fitness room . I hope can reach my diet target …The rooms are very big too. Recommend Premium Queen studio to those who loves privacy. Well equipped with complete kitchen, washing machine & microwave . Suitable for those with small families
A nice place in the West side of Singapore. Located near the neighborhood which adds to the homely and cozy feel. Good for short term stay. Overall would recommend!
Well done to the staff at Coliwoo Boon Lay. They goes all the way to help me when I make a mistake of the move in dates. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Thanks to them for helping me on this.
I do not recommend. The room was in poor upkeep, incredibly noisy all the time (children crying, couples fighting, school bells ringing, etc). Found mold when I got to the premises that I was told to clean myself. Not only that but it is wildly overpriced for the services/area. And I have never met administrative staff this rude. They will act disdainful and rude whenever you need information. I still have not received my security deposit, and I believe they are trying to stall the payment as long as possible for me to forget about it. The common area upkeeping staff are very sweet though. I do not recommend for any foreign students looking for housing in the area. This place is ridiculous, literally any other housing option is better than this.
