a year agoMy company staffs are regular at your hotel. Staying 3-4 nights almost every week. The cleanliness is very bad. There are insects in the blanket everytime. Complain and complain still not improving. Early morning can listen noises from the kitchen downstairs. Lift has broken down for 5 months. Not repairing. Given too many chances. Very sorry to say that we’ve given up your hotel. Hope you could turn better in the future.5 months agoLift is there, but not working. No food served in the Hotel. Got to walk a little bit12 months agoFor those who rated with 2 stars above sure rated by the owner him-self and his friends. This is not a “hotel” standard. The cleanliness worst, okay fine, but the facilities like flush and pipe also broken. We have lot of stuffs but have to hand carry to highest floor, because of the broken lift. There is a reason why it cost cheap, not suitable for family, couple and group of friends. This hotel mainly for those “short-term business stay”.12 months agoDon’t trust the picture shown. The place is not suitable for single female travelers. There are no basic necessity like kettle, the cup is dirty and lift is not working.a year agoI made my booking on Agoda website, but the receptionist said there were no room available. I don’t really know what happen. And I already paid my money for booking but they not reply me for refund. Was it scam? Imagine i was with family, no place to sleep. What a bad service.

a month agoDidn’t like it,toilet bowl broken and there isn’t tissues just toilet paper. Room 9209a year agoSome room is a bit dusty especially you stepped on the floor you can really feel it. Some pillow a bit flat which not my preference, extra pillow charge RM5. The most unsatisfied thing is food delivery can’t access direct to your door and you need to come down lobby to collect your delivery. I think this is something very unreasonable to get your guess run up & down for this. There isn’t much food choice at night time around, convenient store also needs some night walk to reach. Thus, delivery is the most convenient for guess, yet they set a rule to make you inconvenient. Some staffs are friendly especially the lady on duty, some are very blunt, the two male front desk staffs. But the male housekeeping staff is friendly & polite. Overall the better choice of hotel in Jinjang & Kepong if you look for comfort & cleanliness. If you are a light sleeper, the sound proof system really poor here that I can even hear TV sound from next door.a year agoVery bad smell cant even ignore with mask on. Stains on floor and hair on bed. Blanket cover with cigarette stain and alot of yellow color stain(not sure what cause). Booked last minute without other choices. Definitely skip this hotel next time.a year agoWe booked a room with window on Booking and when we arrived, we recieved a no window room. So I went to ask the receptionist… There wouldn’t be 1 star if her attitude was not like “ I don’t know, here. call and ask Booking, it may take 15 minutes to call them.” I prefer to pay a bit more to stay at another hotel without this attitude. 🙂5 years agoThey do not reply to your email at all!? We have made the booking and have paid and no choice but to go ahead with the stay. The receptionist is extremely bad in her English and terrible attitude and they charges lots of extra things like foreigners charge and extra small mattress for Rm 40. There is no mini fridge, too few tv channels, no bathtub there. The room is tiny! We booked their best room with the window. (It is impossible to open the window as it is facing a heavy traffic road with mega construction going on and it is very bright & glaring outside). I hate the toilet paper dispenser as it is placed so inconveniently low almost closed to the ground and the roll keep flying out when u tugged at it to tear the papers!! There is no shower screen also, hence the papers will be soaked wet when it hit the ground and it is the one and only tiny roll! There is no other dry area to place it after a shower the whole toilet will be wet! We stayed 3 days and 2 nights at the first floor and the moment you reached level one, the entire corridor is so smoky and smelly with cigarette stench even inside the whole room. The air con is not cold and there is no fan inside and it is really suffocating for us. It is one of their best room!?! My tiger brand food warmer that I bought for a high price was stolen by the cleaning staff the next day!! I posted pics of my food warmer here. They are use for storing my kids’ food along the 7 hours traveling journey by car. How horrible, greedy and wicked to steal people important item! We need to store food for our kids inside the car since it is 7 hours ride back home. Everything stated above we can still close one eye as we cannot expect too much or everything to be perfect, but stealing is a big NO NO! Avoid this hotel at all cost! ?????????

So far room is just okay for me. Bed and pillows are comfy, blanket also very comfy, just toilet and toiletries need to improve because no toiletries u must ask the front desk and toilet is a bit smelly. What do u ask for budget hotel there is what u got. If u are someone who just want to sleep and rest is suit for u, but if u are someone who are very particular this hotel is not for u.
Asking for extra towel is not permitted. The reason they already provided the towel after the room cleaning earlier. That’s the only reason she give me. Asking for prayer mat, she asked me to go outside to the prayer room outside of the room ?. Why should i go out from my room if i can pray inside my own room. I’m not asking to pray together with others. Conclusion here i didn’t get the prayer mat. The worst part is I wanted to lying down on the bed, I flipped the blanket it was shocking there’s blood stained on the bed with the crease of somebody already lying on the bed before. Meaning that the bedsheet didn’t change. What a shameful. I was so disappointed. If not because of the distance from the training centre I’ll not staying here. The photo from the advertisement is misleading from the real looks. I’m not expecting the best but at least a reasonable & comfortable place to sleep. Regrets for choosing this hotel. Overall the cleanliness is the worst with the room smelly, dirty carpet & very bad customer services.
Why you clammed my car. I came here for important purposes. Cant you see my car plate? Im no ordinary person. Everywhere your space is it. Better thank your god no harm done to my tyre.
I come here with my family almost midnight, after booking with payment with agoda , while meet receptionist for check in suddenly, he said room not available, and fully book, and blame the agoda services , he ask me to call agoda and do refund. Suddenly, at 12 midnight,one couple come and request for a room check in until 4 am, what a shame. Dont make the cheap hotel look more cheap.
Worst Place to stay!!!!!! Staff was so arrogant, impolite, sleeping. The room I got Aircond is very hot, manage to change room, that room Aircond is dripping water, I complained and she dint even come to check, and I ask for refund as I quit that room after 2 hours and she say cannot….. I totally ban this hotel forever!!!!!!!!!!!
